The project's own materials and its Google Business listing use Cappella Embassy, with a double "p". Capella Embassy, with one "p", is an extremely common misspelling for the same building — Joey's page covers both so you find the right information either way.

Cappella Embassy is leasehold. Some third-party listings describe it as freehold — that is incorrect. Always verify tenure on the actual title before committing to a purchase.

Cappella Embassy was known as D'Rapport Residences from its completion in 2019 until the development was rebranded in 2026. The Chinese name, 雅益轩, has stayed the same. Older listings, forum posts and even some portals may still show the D'Rapport name.

Subsale and rental listings currently span roughly RM900,000 to over RM8,000,000 gross, depending on floor, tower, orientation and layout — from about RM480 to RM1,300+ per sq ft. A small number of fresh, developer-remarketed units are being reintroduced from around RM900,000 gross under the Cappella Embassy repositioning.
