Yes. The Straits View Duo is a freehold development on 3.3 acres, with a commercial title under the Housing Development Act.
There are two towers, Bloom and Aster, with 715 residential units and 15 retail units. Type A is 645 sq ft (1 bedroom plus study), A1 is 847 sq ft and A2 is 789 sq ft, all 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Types B, B1 and B2 are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of 888, 888 and 937 sq ft. Type C is 1,293 sq ft and C1 is 1,529 sq ft, both 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Gross prices start from about RM398,000 for the 645 sq ft units, from about RM538,000 for the 888 sq ft units and from about RM710,000 for the 1,293 sq ft units, from RM550 per sq ft. Prices depend on the unit and floor, so WhatsApp Joey for the current price list.
The developer's summary says foreign buyers are not eligible for this project. It says KWSP withdrawal can be used for the down payment.
The project launched in August 2025 and completion is estimated for August 2029. It is under construction.
