Two new masterplan launches are reshaping the area: ParkCity Damansara, the newest township from the developer behind Desa ParkCity, and Central Park Damansara, EXSIM's 65-acre integrated township built around a colonial-style retail street.
Both townships are building their own condo-style facilities and retail from the ground up, so unlike an infill project, buyers here are getting masterplanned infrastructure — parks, pools, retail streets — as part of the address itself, not just proximity to someone else's mall.
