Kuantan is Pahang's state capital, sitting on Malaysia's East Coast where the Kuantan River meets the South China Sea. Tanjung Lumpur, just outside the town centre, is a beachfront stretch minutes from Kuantan via a bridge across the Kuantan River — and the site of EXSIM's own Kuantan Waterfront Resort City, a roughly 4.3-acre beachfront masterplan.
Sea Crestz is the first residential launch within that masterplan, sited directly on Tanjung Lumpur beach with an infinity pool and direct beach access.
