Petaling Jaya (PJ) was Malaysia's first planned satellite town, and its older sections — Section 13, SS2, PJ Old Town and Damansara Utama — remain some of the most established, well-connected addresses in the Klang Valley. It's a different character to the newer Damansara corridor (Kota Damansara, Damansara Perdana): mature, walkable, and dense with malls, hospitals, schools and transit already in place rather than still being built out.
A new leasehold, private-lift residence by an established Bursa Malaysia-listed developer is the newest launch in this older PJ core, on Jalan Kemajuan in Section 13 — within walking distance of Jaya One and close to Asia Jaya LRT and Phileo Damansara MRT.
