Subang Jaya is one of the Klang Valley's most established townships — decades ahead of most new-launch corridors in road, rail and social infrastructure. It sits on the Kelana Jaya Line, with the LDP, Federal Highway and ELITE Expressway running through or beside it, giving direct road access to KL city centre, Puchong, Shah Alam, Subang Airport and KLIA. The area's education cluster — Monash University Malaysia, Sunway University, Taylor's College, INTI College and SEGi College among them — has anchored a stable, education-linked rental market for years, alongside Sunway Medical Centre and several other private hospitals nearby.
USJ 25, on the eastern edge of Subang Jaya, is now home to Avenue25 — Avaland's 13-acre "vertical green village" masterplan, and the first Avaland-branded development in this part of Subang Jaya. Its opening residential tower, Alora Residences, sits a 300m covered walkway from USJ 21 LRT and directly beside Main Place USJ mall.
