Project Review · KLCC / Bukit Bintang
A ready, freehold unit inside Kerry Hill's final tower — walked through on video, room by room.
Most reviews I do are on-paper — floor plans, showflats, a completion date years away. Conlay Signature Suites is the opposite: it's already built, and the unit I walked through on video is exactly what a buyer would move into. The question I keep getting isn't "does it look good in the brochure" — it's whether it's actually worth the price at this location.
Conlay Signature Suites was designed by Kerry Hill Architects, together with GDP Architects, and is widely regarded as the final project of the late William Kerry Hill — the Singapore-based Australian architect behind The Datai Langkawi, the Desert Palm in Dubai, and numerous hotels for the Aman brand. It's an international collaboration between Eastern & Oriental (E&O) and Mitsui Fudosan, built on a freehold 1.44-acre site on Jalan Conlay.
A lot of KL projects claim a "KLCC" address by proximity alone. This one sits at 11, Jalan Conlay, walking distance to Conlay MRT and roughly 980m from Pavilion Kuala Lumpur — close enough to both the KLCC and Bukit Bintang precincts that it doesn't need to borrow either postcode. Prince Court Medical Centre is also within walking distance.
194 residences sit across the top 12 floors of the 51-storey tower. It's a completed, ready-to-move-in development — regular units are handed over fully furnished, so there's no 3-5 year wait for construction, and what you view in the show unit is what you get. Facilities are split across Levels 11 and 36, including an indoor infinity pool with a direct Petronas Twin Towers view and a sky dining space.
This is the honest part: most of the development has already sold. As of my latest check, only a handful of 1-bedroom units remain — the 635 sq ft Type E starts from RM1.5 million, with a Golf Club View variant from RM1.83 million. If you want a larger Type F or Type G layout, or the Level 51 penthouse, availability is even tighter — WhatsApp me and I'll confirm exactly what's left before you make a trip down.
It's a freehold, ready-to-move-in unit designed by Kerry Hill in his final project, on Jalan Conlay between KLCC and Bukit Bintang — a genuinely rare combination of architectural pedigree, location and immediate occupancy. Whether it's worth the price depends on your budget and priorities; WhatsApp Joey for an honest, unit-specific view.
Yes. Conlay Signature Suites is a completed, ready-to-move-in development, with regular units handed over fully furnished — unlike a new launch where you'd wait years for construction.
Availability is limited — most of the development has already been taken up, with only a handful of 1-bedroom units remaining as of Joey's latest inventory check. WhatsApp Joey to confirm current availability.
