EXSIM has opened registration for The Lighthauz Phase 2, marketed as LightHauz², the second phase of its Lighthauz waterfront development within Penang Waterfront City, Gelugor — the same beside-Penang-Bridge precinct as the existing The Lighthauz (Phase 1) and Keeperz Suites.
What's been released so far
- Two unit sizes: 700 sq ft (standard car park on most stacks, tandem on select high floors) and 947 sq ft (standard car park)
- A RM1,000-per-floor premium
- Building layout: Level 9 facilities floor, Levels 10–48 residential, Level 52 rooftop facilities, two wings (A and B) sharing one podium
- Tenure indicated as freehold, in line with Phase 1 and Keeperz Suites, pending official confirmation
- A limited allocation of seaview units
