Khaya Residences is Phase 2 of the TNB Mixed Development in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur — developed by Melati Ehsan Holdings Berhad in collaboration with Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), Southeast Asia's largest publicly listed power company, under the project entity Bayu Mantap Sdn Bhd.
