Residensi Sentral is a 2,228-unit freehold residential development by Pan Sejati Development (M) Sdn Bhd on 14.85 acres in Presint 7, Putrajaya, on land owned by Perbadanan Putrajaya. It has four blocks: Block A (627 Madani units, 32 storeys), Block B (265 Madani and 323 Wilayah units, 30 storeys), Block C (440 Wilayah units, 22 storeys with an 8-storey car park) and Block D (573 Wilayah units, 29 storeys).

It is sold under two government schemes. Residensi Madani (892 units) offers 800 sq ft, 3-bedroom homes with one car park, while Residensi Wilayah (1,336 units) offers 850 sq ft, 3-bedroom homes with one or two car parks. Every home has two bathrooms.

Presint 7 sits on the Putrajaya and Cyberjaya border, about 600m from Putrajaya Sentral, where the MRT Putrajaya Line and the KLIA Ekspres and Transit ERL meet, and close to the Multimedia Super Corridor.

Residensi Wilayah units are priced at RM300,000 to RM318,000 gross for 850 sq ft, with the higher price for units that include a second car park. Residensi Madani units in Block B are priced from RM200,000 gross for 800 sq ft. An additional car park is RM18,000 for Wilayah buyers. Eligibility & how to apply
