Bandar Sri Damansara is one of the Klang Valley's genuinely finished suburbs. Land & General laid it out on former plantation land off Persiaran Perdana in the 1990s, and three decades on it has the things a new township spends years chasing — mature trees, full-size schools, neighbourhood retail, banks, clinics and a settled resident base. What has changed recently is access: the MRT Putrajaya Line opened in 2023 with Sri Damansara Barat, Sri Damansara Sentral and Sri Damansara Timur stations wrapping the township, turning a car-dependent suburb into a transit address.
That combination — an established neighbourhood with brand-new rail — is what is driving the current launches. Land & General has been redeveloping its remaining parcels here as higher-density residential: Residensi Kamelia, the Livista precinct, and now Laverra @ Residensi Seri Damansara, a freehold twin-tower serviced apartment wrapped around the linear Senses Park with a covered linkway to Sri Damansara Barat MRT.
Road connectivity was always the area's strength. The LDP runs along its southern edge to Bandar Utama, Kota Damansara and Puchong; the NKVE and DUKE link to Shah Alam, the KL city centre and Sentul; and the Penchala Link tunnels through to Mont Kiara and Hartamas. IKEA Damansara, 1 Utama, The Curve and Desa ParkCity are all within roughly 4–8km, and Sri Bestari International & Private School and ParkCity Medical Centre are minutes away.
