Quinton Residences is a residential phase within Bandar Seri Coalfields (BSC), the 1,001-acre freehold guarded township in Sungai Buloh, Selangor developed by KLK Land — the property arm of Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad. Registered as Precinct 6B1, Quinton comprises 128 two-storey link homes across three lot types, all built to a four-bedroom, four-bathroom layout with a family area, dry and wet kitchens and a car porch for two cars.

The phase sits in the newer northern part of BSC, alongside the township's other current North Haven launches. It is a non-strata, guarded development with anti-climb perimeter fencing and a resident-association (RA) guardhouse arrangement rather than a strata management corporation, and carries an indicative monthly community charge of around RM250 covering security and common-area landscaping.

Layout & specification

Each home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms — a ground-floor bedroom four with its own bath, plus a master suite and two further bedrooms upstairs around a family area. Standard and corner units have one balcony; end-lot units add a second.
