About Causewayz Square @ JBCC

Causewayz Square @ JBCC is a freehold, integrated masterplan by EXSIM in the heart of Johor Bahru City Centre, built around direct cross-border connectivity to Singapore. The development takes its name and concept from the Johor-Singapore Causeway itself, and comprises four towers sharing one podium: Axis, Brixton and Dover Towers, all currently open for booking, plus Coven Tower — an unlaunched future phase EXSIM has not yet released pricing or unit types for.

The masterplan sits roughly 600m — about a 9-minute walk via an approved link bridge — from the CIQ (Customs, Immigration and Quarantine) complex, and around 900m from the future RTS Link Bukit Chagar Station, which will connect directly into Woodlands North in Singapore. JB Sentral is close by, alongside a planned Electric Train Service that's expected to link Johor Bahru to Kuala Lumpur in around 4.5 hours. At podium level, the development carries an approximately 90,000 sq ft integrated retail area of F&B outlets and everyday convenience tenants.
